I have save problem.
I have a made a test project using your video tutorial. The code works good on the sandbox. But when I downloaded and installed it on my localserver. The save, edit and cancel bbuttons are notwroking.

What version of joomla 1.5 are you using.
Latest release is 1.5.24

Also what browser are you using, there are some compatibility issues with internet explorer involving the toolbar buttons.

I was testing the generated component on my localhost Joomla 1.5.23. It failed to save the values when I was submiting the form.

I just tried the component on my hosting server which is updated Joomla 1.5.24. And it worked, perfectly !!!
