I'm getting a blank error when trying to use the Ordering arrow buttons to reorder items. Entering a number into the Ordering fields and clicking "Save" works just fine, but attempting to use the arrows to move items throws a blank error and does not work.

I looked around the forum and found someone with a similar issue, but they had renamed the Ordering label, and I have not (and I guess you can't do that anymore anyway). Any ideas as to why this isn't working?

[img size=600px]www.spacerobotfive.com/error.jpg[/img] It happens when you click on either the up or down arrow in the ordering column. Entering in numbers and clicking the "save" icon works fine. The arrows just throw an error. This is a Joomla 1.5 component and occurs in Firefox and Chrome.

admin Offline Administrator Chef Posts: 3711 Thank you received: 986	Hum... 1.5 This explains that. Try in 2.5 ... 1.5 will not anymore be supported in futures versions of Cook. I did a big update and sure is about it. Coding is now a piece of cake

If you're unable to fix it can you at least point me in the right direction as to how to go about doing it myself? (What file/files that the issue is happening in).

[FIXED] Ordering arrows error

I found "cook" two days ago. Played around with it for a day and then within a day got rid of two legacy applications in IBM Lotus Domino Notes and replaced them with "cook". It was really easy. A piece of cake. Actually it was even easier than cooking. Cooking involves more work than developing with "cook". What can I say about "cook"? Great application great price for what it delivers great forum with a lot of information and fast responses active and friendly community fast forward moving development cycle So what should I say "Monsieur Le Cook"? Keep the good work going it will lead to success. Having become a paying member in the words of Edith Piaf may I say ..... non rien de rien ... je ne regrette rien. Vive La France.
