SvenKauffmann Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 6 Thank you received: 0	I'm having problems with javascript in IE8 too. mootools-core.js lines 44 & 507 validate.js line 5 I can't save the form either. In Firefox everything works just fine.

Still does not work!

This is what I get (german):

admin Offline Administrator Chef Posts: 3711 Thank you received: 986	You have a different problem. Not IE8, but Mozilla. The 2 files you mention are not part of Cook component. Try to make a test with Atomic template. Are u using jQuery ? Coding is now a piece of cake

Ah, sorry.

Ths is not a frontend but a backend error.

With IE I am not able to save or exit one of the generated forms in the backend. As a Mac user I am using Firefox. I am running Windows through Parallels Desktop. Problably thats why it says mozilla in the error log!?

With Firebug I cant find any javascript error. But IE8 is telling me that there is some error.

Do you wanna log into my sandbox to have a look?

Amazing Tool !
And only tool I know that allows complete Scaffolding in terms of component creation. It really saves loads of time (actually much more than that). Simple architecture enables quick and painless changes at any time. Code is clean and consintent. It's just... what's the word... neat! :) Great work! You should definetely try this one!
