If you manage to get the 1item "job" view to work, give me a call, send me a mail or throw a stone through my window.
What i really can't understand, is why the hell does it work in administrator but not in frontend

Let me add it works on "old" version of the builder, not on v2 beta, so there's definitly something there

The view was missing in front because no layout was defined.

Nothing hazardous. Cook 2.0 is stabilizating for sure.
