[CLOSED] Internet Explorer Compatibility :O 24 Sep 2012 14:39 #3961

Hi,

My team need to use the component generated with this tool with Internet Explorer, but when we want to modify or create some item in our component we can´t view the "selects".

Internet Explorer 7 only. Works correctly on IE9

I hope you can help me with this issue.

Thanks in advance. :D

Can you copy the HTML you get ?

I remember the select tag was not closing well, but it is really old issue.

Try to generate with 2.0

Ok, I get this:
<tr>
			<td align="right" class="key">
				<label for="countryid">
					<?php echo JText::_( "SOEFUTBOL_FIELD_PAIS" ); ?> :
				</label>
			</td>
			<td>
				<?php echo JDom::_('html.form.input.ajax', array(
												'dataKey' => 'countryid',
												'dataObject' => $this->estado,
												'ajaxContext' => 'soefutbol.paises.ajax.groupby28',
												'domClass' => "validate[required]",
												'required' => true,
												'ajaxVars' => array('values' => array(
													$this->estado->countryid
														))
												));
				?>
			</td>
		</tr>

Ajax. OK.

It is a javascript issue.

Can you show me the error please ?

Is it local or sandbox ?
Is it working in sandbox ?
Which configuration ? (version, jQuery or not)

Time to create page: 0.121 seconds

I jumped and started to work on a demo component... but 2 days later this demo component became the real component. I just showed today the end result to my customer and he turned to me and said... "this is more than I expected"... All of this is because Cook did cut about 70% of my work and provided me more ways to improve the usability of the component. The end result was 17 tables all related between than to generate a full dashboard for the travel agents. Thanks for Cook developers for such great tool. This component would not be possible to be done at short time with all the features in it
