Delete them and recreate them. Because it is working on my hands.
Can you confirm ?

Funny situation,
"Modified by" works now, but only on 2.0
Filters works on 1.5, but not on 2.0

Need some solution for this.

Cheers

Modified by was never a feature of Cook 1.5.

RE: Filters, is it just the date filter you're having issues with? I have date filters working fine in the range filters. If I remember well, I had to swap to datetime type field instead of date. Note, if you are using this as part of the author/modified then you should delete the date fields, re-add the datetime fields named exactly as they are by the wizards then drag them to your wizard. This way, the modified/created date wizard handles storing the time as well as the date.

Hope this helps!

Sorry, datetime is not a wizard.
  1. You should remove your current date fields - should be modification_date, creation_date if created by the wizards.
  2. Add 2 datetime fields from the data types accordion on left-hand side
  3. Name them exactly as they were, modification_date & creation_date
  4. Drag the modification_date field -> the modification wizard (field)
  5. Drag the creation_date field -> the creation wizard (field)
  6. Double check that your range filters that previously referenced your date fields are empty and drag your new fields there.
  7. Rebuild Files
  8. Visit sandbox
Hope it helps,

Gez

Try removing the filter element that contains the datetime field(s) completely from your layout and re add it... Was working fine for me but will double check it now.

I try to fix it for your before the new filter rewrite.
(Because this is already solved in the coming rewrite)

Yep, this behaviour is how I have it too... Not working.

The same is true for all of my other filters in the same layout... Just checking other layouts

Well,

I am sooo stupid.
I cannot even understand how the whole filters was working.

I made a big fault.

Fixed.
Try it again.

Note : This is why, when 2.0 will be relesed, all these issues will stop.
I cannot explain you more, but just understand that it is complex to work on 2 versions.

This is what you call a component builder. I was able to master using this in a very short time and the resulting component works like a charm. Not just a basic component builder but a fully working component builder with forms fields tables all ready to go. You can make the list and item views to display in the front and back end. Also there is a great forum just starting to evolve and I'm sure this will grow very rapidly when you all realise how good this tool is.
