You can only use your personal components. 20 Mar 2017 14:10 #15046

Is anyone else getting this error when trying to access some item forms within the admin of their components in the sandbox? Is it possible that when others have identical view names to yours that this is an issue? Obviously this makes it impossible to test in the sadnbox.

It's my 'IBGL' component, the view is 'Reports'. If you select 'New', you get sent back to the control panel wit the message.
IBGL -> Reports-> Report
Do you get the same result if you try?

Although I found this tool some time ago I just started learning experimenting and building this first component on Monday and now on Thursday afternoon it's already online. Although I already had a working version done with another tool this is much easier to build and at the end you have the freedom to own your own component. Once you know how to use Cook you will boost your productivity as the learning curve is really moderate compared to many other tools.
