how to download uploaded files:
First i ve created file column in datebase and enabled proper filetypes:


next:
-added form
-set paths in component config

next i ve added to fly in layout field connected to that layout, chcecked "create link" and configured "task/action" to dowload


optionally set thumb:


upladed image in fly looks like this:


uploaded pdf file looks like this:


Problem:
-i cant download, what is wrong?
file is properly send to server, there is no link genereated to dowload.

manually add clikable links to,
file defined in object,
have some better solution ;) ?

This is what you call a component builder. I was able to master using this in a very short time and the resulting component works like a charm. Not just a basic component builder but a fully working component builder with forms fields tables all ready to go. You can make the list and item views to display in the front and back end. Also there is a great forum just starting to evolve and I'm sure this will grow very rapidly when you all realise how good this tool is.
