SCENARIO
You want to validate user input on one of your fields but there's NO Regular Expression (RegEx) built in to COOK to suit your needs
SO HOW DO YOU ADD YOUR OWN? Thanks to COOK, it's SIMPLE!!!
- In the Tables tab of the builder, click on the Properties for your chosen field
- In the Validator section of the popup, click select Custom
- Give your new validation rule a descriptive & unique name (NO SPACES OR SPECIAL CHARS RECOMMENDED)
- Type or paste your Regular Expression into the Regular exp. field
That's it!
