Go to the Media Managers of Joomla.

This component you have access to it.
Do not delete 'files' directory it seems Cook then generate an issue (I need to fix) if you remove the 'files' directory or its parent.
Cook is not affected, but it might gives you some errors I need then to fix manually.

Anyway...

I deleted them in media manager but still I am getting below error.

Do not delete 'files' directory it seems Cook then generate an issue (I need to fix) if you remove the 'files' directory or its parent.
