With your hints about FOF incoming, would it be possible if you are going to be making huge builder changes, or have possible sizable downtime to get 24 hours notice (or approximate notice at least).

This will allow last min downloads / changes of existing projects with 2.7.1 that may need to be downloaded. I have a few I am forking at the moment, and I have to do a lot of filter changes, correct mistakes which are just easier in the builder that in my code (thanks to forking!)

I understand you have no commitments to SLA with J-Cook still being very much in development but it would be a very useful headsup to have

Thanks!

Don't worry, FOF will be optional building option.

The native Joomla will always be available. FOF 3.0 is not running on Joomla 2.5.
For the moment FOF is coming as 'experimental' and 'educational' to discover the fantastic work of Nicholas Dionysopoulos. Actualy it is a revolution coming.
Coding is now a piece of cake

Really great Joomla tool Cook is a great piece of kit for creating Joomla components. It uses a drag-n-drop interface to build tables and fully featured pages. You can test your component in a sandbox before downloading it packaged up ready to install. The developer is responsive on the support forum.
