as i didn't want to manage ACL in Frontend Form, I deleted the Toolbar !

In that case, we can not create a Edit Link between Collection Title to open Edit the Item...

I do not anderstand why you speak about Form, I only have a Fly in the Fronend and still have the same problem between
Intervenants (Collection) =>Intervenant Item (Fly)

Impossible to create an Edit Link.

If you want to EDIT, you need a FORM. Otherwise it cannot be editable. (And the toolbar buttons (New/Edit) are not available)
When you want to link to a FLY page, simply create a link to a layout (choosing the concerned layout in the builder)
