File Uploader: jqv:custom rule not found - file_xx

Have been doing my best to get the settings right for the file uploader, but no matter what, I get:
jqv:custom rule not found - file_nnnn, where nnnn is some number. :(

is it me, or is there a bug?

With CK2 and jQuery, the error no longer appears
