On a front end list layout, I would like the download links to open a new window. How can you set the link target to _blank?

I have the Create A Link turned on and the Link Task set to Download. The links work to download the files. I just need them to open in a new browser tab/window.

Not available in the buider

In the JDom call, set
"target" => "_blank"

As simple as that.

  Excellent Tool ! This tool will save you a lot of time writing the same old structure. I've used others but this is really nice for a quick start. Makes a 3 hour task a 15 minute one. Thanks for this extension
