A suggestion is to distinct in 2 different bricks.
It will create 2 templates files.

But there is no 'best way' you do as you want in the templates.
Coding is now a piece of cake

That sounds like all I need. Because no special arrangement is required. Just for grouping some things together (if they grouping does not result in different <form> tags).
