Hi i want to make an app where people submit forms and then can list the entries. Easy eh?

The point is that 2 fields of the form will be Joomla-user (person and boss), and it will be 3 roles one that will only able to see his entries and modify them. Another one that will be able to read all inputs and only to modify their ones and the last that will will be able to write and read everything.

My questiokn is how to manage the get the different list of people depending of the role. And on the other hand how to manage the permission of edit-own or read having in account that 2 fields are joomla-user, so which one is "me"??

Thanks in advance,
Albert

For starters it's just so easy to design an app in a way that I'm used to i.e. database first then views followed by customization. The fork system is pure brilliance from a developer standpoint as I can override things and still add and update my projects with minimal effort! Truly amazing to be able to build components in Joomla using incremental refinement without having to do everything by hand. Thanks for the great tool! I am so much more productive now than ever and I can't imagine building components any other way!!!!
