Filtering form List from Foreign Table 20 Nov 2012 20:46 #5520

I have a form that use a list of values from one of the other tables. For reasons discussed elsewhere, all records in that table are unpublished, and will always remain so, however, I need a list of them on the form I'm working on.
  1. Where in the generated code can I specify to list UNpublished records in the list?
  2. Where in the generated code can I add an additional WHERE clause to further filter that list?
With Cook V2,
My Source config is: jQuery, Condensed, Maximum, No
My "Advanced Custom" is Table, 20 seconds

You need to target the prepareQuery() function in the concerned model to add both where clauses. You'll be able to see exactly how by looking at the existing code.

Hope it helps,
